Inspired by Scandinavian design, Träd, or “Tree” in Swedish, features 124 residences that blend modern minimalism with the unmistakable and irresistible feeling of the Pacific Northwest. Located in the burgeoning North City neighborhood of Shoreline, Träd offers its residents convenient access to the future 185th street lightrail station, Interstate-5, and highly desirable neighborhood amenities. Designed by Caron Architecture, the building features 5-stories of residential living over 2-stories of parking, fitness center, and spacious rooftop amenity deck.
