Featuring breathtaking views of Mount Rainier and nestled in the heart of downtown Bellevue’s business district, Cerasa rises eight-stories, featuring 155 residences and one retail space. Designed by Weber Thompson Architects, the building utilized first of its kind use of pre-fabricated SSI steel panels. Cerasa also features interior materials and finishes of superior quality, including kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities commissioned from Italy. Cerasa also provides residents with a large club room equipped with a full kitchen and bar, entertainment, pool and shuffleboard tables and a spacious outdoor terrace.
